INDIA FOR MICE 2026 is a national platform designed to bring together stakeholders from across World’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) ecosystem.
Organised and convened by HITEX, the event creates a collaborative forum where policy makers, Trade associations, Industry bodies, Corporates, convention centres, tourism boards, event organisers, hospitality partners, airlines, infrastructure/service providers and technology companies can engage, exchange ideas and build partnerships that strengthen India’s position in the global MICE industry.
Hosted as part of WEEW 2026, INDIA FOR MICE enables industry dialogue, networking and knowledge exchange while connecting India’s MICE ecosystem with global opportunities.

The MICE Expo – 2nd edition featured exhibitors showcasing solutions, destinations, venues, hospitality services, technology, and event support services from across the MICE ecosystem. The exhibition created valuable opportunities for business networking, collaboration and knowledge exchange, bringing together key stakeholders from the convention and events industry under one roof.
MICE Conference
The MICE Conference – 2nd edition brought together 300+ delegates and 20+ industry leaders, speakers, and panellists across six thought-provoking conference sessions. The conference served as a platform for high-impact discussions on India’s growing MICE potential, global event attraction strategies, convention infrastructure, exhibition development, destination competitiveness, and the future of the country’s business events industry.

INDIA FOR MICE is one of the key platforms within WEEW – World Events Economy Week, taking place from 12–15 June 2026 at HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad.
Organised in collaboration with the Government of Telangana, WEEW is a multi-stakeholder initiative bringing together multiple industry verticals including convention organisers, tourism stakeholders, wedding planners, hospitality leaders and government representatives.
The initiative aims to strengthen India’s convention ecosystem while positioning Hyderabad as a leading destination for global business events, MICE and destination weddings.
