Pampati has been the Chairman of the Travel Agents Association of India (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh chapters) for last three terms and is a long-time Governing Council member of the National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, Hyderabad. As founder of Aeroworld Holidays, Pampati built a globally respected travel consultancy, serving clients in over 150 countries and visiting 75+ himself. Pampati is an experienced tourism and hospitality expert, played key roles in major initiatives including organizing the Andhra Pradesh Travel Mart and the UNWTO Conference on Sustainable Tourism in 2013. Contributed as a subject matter expert in drafting Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for establishing premier institutions like IITTM South Centre in Nellore and the State Institute of Hotel Management in Zaheerabad. Also served on the implementation committee of a USAID-funded ecotourism project promoting homestays and community eco-camps in the Medak landscape.
